By using  a team of personnel that can be trusted, and thoughtful use of the Internet, Yachtprojects is able to lead its teams on projects anywhere in the world. We use the latest communication systems that take advantage of the most up to date technology,  issues, where ever they are in the globe, can be addressed quickly and efficiently.

A background of being able to do much of the manual work puts the company managers in a position of great leadership.    

           Team workers respect leaders who can do it themselves when called upon and who can show them directly the way they would like the job done.

It allows them to not have the "wool pulled over their eyes" by unscrupulous yard project managers, contractors and crew.

Our team of managers is mainly made up of  Engineers, interspersed with former Captains. We  have  experienced interior designers and staff who can help owners and Captains make the correct "informed" decision.
