Our recent and current experience in project managing new builds at Broward Marine in Ft Lauderdale has opened a door for us that we are keen to expand.

We have learned quickly that the mindset of the Project Manager working for the client is somewhat different to that of the one working with the yard.

We hope to develop this side of the business in the near future and are talking with several yards in Europe to assist them with a more detailed and perhaps a differnt view to the quality assurance aspect of the project managers task.

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Project and all IT programes, with the ability to both, read and modify drawings in CAD assists us in making quick and informed decisions and instigating changes.
